Avacado-Feta Dip

Originally called โ€œCrack Dip,โ€ this the OG original recipe and reigning champion for the single best recipe for this type of dip. Recipe courtesy the one and only Carol Goranson, of Saffron fame in Hartsville, SC.

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados

  • 3 plum tomatoes

  • 1/4 c red onion

  • 1 clove garlic chopped fine

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp parsley

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 4 oz feta

  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Chop all of the vegetables, add in the crumbled cheese, and toss in the vinegar and olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve, chilled, immediately.
